Easter weekend

We went to Switzerland for Easter (weird I know we never go there). While we were there we went to the zoo, and on a little hike, that turned into a very long very stressful hike thanks to Sophie and her tempertantrums,... but we love her anyways :) also Oma hid some baskets for us and Johannes ended up finding all of them before we could,.. but we love him anyways.

And yes they are out of order

Just about everywhere you look they have hung easter eggs on trees and we showed sophie these ones at her aunts house and she decided to rip them off

This is what terrible twos looks like in our family

Johannes 26th birthday!!!!

For Johannes birthday we decided to go to the Swiss part of the Bodensee which is a lake that connects to 4 or 5 different countries, We had so much fun and the weather was amazing!!! Then we went to Austria for dinner so that Johannes could have a traditional Austrian dinner. So crazy that we can get in and out of Germany, Austria and Switzerland all in one day and its only two and a half hours driving from our place!

Play time at the park with Oma

Look at the big fish I caught!!!

 Birthday Boy

 After our yummy dinner
 Wearing mommies glasses
Look at my SEXY new tie
And pens, For all the autographs he has to sign
 These were dedicated to me,....

Throwing rocks in the water (well really at the ground but oma threw rocks out further so it seemed like she was throwing them in the water)

Gangsta baby!!! Whenever we say that she throws her gang signs, I know great parenting but its so cute!

Relaxing while Oma plays with sophie in the park

Ok this is not a real smile from him but all of the other pics he is making really weird faces so this is the closest to normal that we had.

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, poor oma so dizzy by the end of the day, I warned her Sophie is a crazy baby!

Not much really,...

So not to much has been going on out here in europe land, but the weather has been getting better and that means peace for me since I can take soph to the park to let her get all of her energy out. But the last two weeks we went to a wedding in Austria, (Johannes cousin) and then the weekend after that we drove to switzerland to my in-laws because my sister-in-law just got home from her mission in france! so that was really exciting to see her again and she got to meet sophie for the first time. Also we have signed a rental agreement for our own apartment, or flat or whatever they call them out here, It is right up the street from where we are now staying and its right next to an old church that has the balcony facing it. Not sure how we are going to like the bells that go off every hour but they dont go off at night. We are super excited to get into this apartment, its so hard to get into a place out here and we were planning on living outside of munich just because its so much cheaper and easier to get  a place, but we found this website that has all of these apartments that you dont have to pay provision which is a finders fee basically, which usually cost like 2,000 or so euros and they offer apartments right in the city for decent rent. Also the apartments out here dont have kitchens when you move in and if the renters before you dont want to take the kitchen with them you will have to buy theres from them, and that costs another 1000-2000 euros, so thankfully the person that is renting the place now is letting us keep his kitchen (which is old and not so nice) for 100 euros. But thats better then having an empty kitchen with no sink or anything. So we will be moving there end of april ( we have to wait because before we can move in they have to fix the wood floors and have the apartment painted all white). I am so excited to be able to buy all new furniture for our new place and make it a home.
